Supplier Register
Supplier name is required. All other supplier information is optional.
Purchases
Record purchases using the same item-entry style as quotations and invoices. VAT defaults to 10% for each item and can be removed for non-VAT suppliers. Non-cash purchases are posted automatically as OUT from the single KFH company bank account.
Debit Notes / Purchase Returns
Use a Debit Note for a supplier purchase return, supplier claim, or reduction of a supplier bill. The note is linked to Accounts Payable and the accounting ledger. The note reduces Accounts Payable and records the corresponding purchase return/adjustment.
Debit Note / Purchase Return List
Saved debit notes can be viewed, printed, edited or deleted.
Expenses / Accounts Entries
Record shop rent, electricity, telephone, internet, fuel, purchases, salaries, drawings and other business payments. Every non-cash expense is automatically recorded as an OUT entry in the single company KFH bank account. Payment method is recorded separately.

Manual Bank Entry
Use this for cash deposits into the KFH account, bank charges, owner/manager withdrawals, transfers, or any bank movement that is not already created automatically by a receipt, expense, or purchase. Financial Year End & Opening Balance
Professional Bahrain Financial-Year Workflow
Financial year: 1 January to 31 December. Complete all pending 2026 entries first, review the closing reports, then post the 2027 opening balances. The previous year's transactions remain available for audit and reporting.
You can still enter late/pending transactions with a 2026 date. After adding them, use Rebuild Next Opening to update the 2027 opening balances.
Pending / Missing Entry Register
Use this checklist before closing the year. Actual invoices, quotations, receipts, purchases, expenses and journals should be entered in their normal modules with the correct transaction date.

Backup & Restore
Automatic Daily Backup
Fixtech automatically creates a protected local backup snapshot once per day when the software is opened or saved. The latest snapshots are kept separately from the live data.
Important: this browser-based version can automatically keep local snapshots and can download a backup file. For protection against hard-disk failure or browser-data deletion, keep downloaded backup files on an external drive/cloud storage. The AquaHost server/database version can provide true central automatic backups later.
Manual Backup
Create a complete backup of all Fixtech Management data stored in this browser.
Restore Backup
Restore a previously downloaded Fixtech backup. Restoring replaces the current data in this browser with the data contained in the selected backup.
Important: make a fresh backup of the current data before restoring another backup.
